Jedes unsere Produkte ist bis zum Anbau r\u00fcckverfolgbar und eine fortlaufende \u00dcberwachung der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette stellt die herausragende Qualit\u00e4t unserer Produkte sicher. F\u00fcr m\u00f6gliche Abweichungen w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses sind Korrekturma\u00dfnahmen vorgesehen, um schnell und effizient reagieren zu k\u00f6nnen. In direkter Kommunikation mit unseren Lieferanten bewertet unsere Qualit\u00e4tssicherung die Performance der Lieferung und diskutiert gemeinsam M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verbesserung. In jahrelanger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten konnten wir so stetig die Qualit\u00e4t verbessern und das gegenseitige Vertrauen st\u00e4rken. In unseren Produktionsst\u00e4tten werden fortlaufend Gefahrenanalysen durchgef\u00fchrt und qualit\u00e4tssichernde Ma\u00dfnahmen implementiert. So wurden kritische Kontrollpunkte im Produktionsprozess laut HACCP Richtlinie identifiziert, welche stets mit besonderer Aufmerksamkeit \u00fcberwacht werden. Des Weiteren sind unsere Produktionsstandorte mit ISO FSSC 22000 zertifiziert. Aromaplant gew\u00e4hrleistet somit h\u00f6chste Lebensmittelsicherheit \u00fcber den gesamten Handelsstrom vom Ursprung bis zum Kunden. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den internationalen Standards, haben wir bei Aromaplant weitere unternehmensinterne Richtlinien in Sachen Qualit\u00e4tssicherung, Nachhaltigkeit und Tierwohl, die diese Vorgaben weit \u00fcbersteigen. Daher werden die frischen Produkte direkt nach der Warenanlieferung in unserem 5-Band- oder auch im Flie\u00dfbetttrockner schonend getrocknet. Dadurch steigern wir nicht nur die Haltbarkeit der Produkte, sondern bereiten diese so auch f\u00fcr die Weiterverarbeitung vor. Bei besonders sensiblen Produkten bedarf es vor der Weiterverarbeitung einer Entwesung zur Abt\u00f6tung von Insekten, Larven, Eiern und anderen Sch\u00e4dlingen. Hierf\u00fcr verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber eigene Anlagen, in denen die Sch\u00e4dlinge mit Vakuum oder CO2 zuverl\u00e4ssig bek\u00e4mpft werden k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem sind einige Rohstoff von Natur aus mikrobiell belastet und m\u00fcssen mit unserer Entkeimungsanlage produktschonend behandelt werden. Dank unserer Expertise und unserer modernen Anlagentechnik k\u00f6nnen Sie stets gewiss sein, dass unsere Produkte Ihren hohen Anforderungen entsprechen. Im Anschluss werden die angelieferten Produkte gem\u00e4\u00df gem\u00e4\u00df dem Verwendungszweck weiterverarbeitet und auf die gew\u00fcnschte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe gebracht. Unsere Schneidemaschinen und Mahlwerke bieten eine Vielzahl an Schnitten und Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfen, die Sie bei uns individuell festlegen k\u00f6nnen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise Teebeutelschnitt, Feinschnitt oder Drogenpulver. In unser schonenden Mischanlage (bis zu 20.000l) wird daf\u00fcr Sorge getragen, dass die Ware durchweg homogenisiert ist und Ihre gesamte Lieferung der gleichen Qualit\u00e4t entspricht. Metalldetektoren und R\u00f6ntgenger\u00e4te pr\u00fcfen die Ware zudem auf m\u00f6gliche Fremdartikel und sortieren diese aus. Au\u00dferdem verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber einen Schwerkraftsichter und Farbsortierer und bei besonders anspruchsvollen Produkten verlesen wir die Ware auch h\u00e4ndisch. Perkolation. Mazeration, auch Gleichgewichtsextraktion genannt, ist ein physikalisches Verfahren bei dem durch Einwirkung in einer Fl\u00fcssigkeit die l\u00f6slichen Bestandteile eines Stoffes in eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit \u00fcbergehen. Perkolation hingegen ist eine ersch\u00f6pfende Extraktion von Drogen und Frischpflanzen. Hierbei durchflie\u00dft eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit ein festes Substrat, wobei sich extraktreiche Ausz\u00fcge auswaschen. Um Ihnen je nach Produkt die ideale L\u00f6sung anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen, verf\u00fcgt unsere Anlage \u00fcber beide Verfahren. Damit wir selbst die hohen Qualit\u00e4tsstandards im Pharmabereich erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen, haben wir vor Ort au\u00dferdem eine hochmoderne Wasseraufbereitungsanlage, die unser Wasser absolut rein aufbereitet. Im Nachgang werden die gewonnenen Extrakte von L\u00f6sungsmitteln getrennt und eingedickt. Da nicht alle Inhaltsstoffe thermostabil sind, kommen hier unsere schonenden Verdampfungstechnologien zum Einsatz. Dabei fokussieren wir uns haupts\u00e4chlich auf FTNF-Aromen. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung basiert auf der Destillationstechnologie. Beim Erhitzen des Gemischs verfl\u00fcchtigt sich zuerst ein Stoff, den ein Kondensator wieder einf\u00e4ngt. Unsere GMP-zertifizierte Anlage besteht aus mehreren Beh\u00e4ltern mit einem Fassungsverm\u00f6gen zwischen 50 und 5.000 Litern. Im Anschluss an die Destillation wird das Destillat durch Rektifikation veredelt. Mit diesem thermischen Trennverfahren werden zwei oder mehrere Stoffe aus einer homogenen L\u00f6sung aufgetrennt. Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber mehrere Rektifikationskolonnen, die mit bis zu 36 thermischen B\u00f6den ausgestattet sind. Verpackung<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\" style=\"font-size:14px;color:#ffffff;\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bei Trockenextrakten handelt es sich um Produkte der Kategorie fester Zubereitungen, welche in Tabletten, Dragees und Kapseln eingearbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen. Durch Verdampfen der verwendeten L\u00f6sungsmittel erh\u00e4lt man ein trockenes Pulver. Zur Trocknung nutzen wir unter anderem drei Spr\u00fchtrockner mit einer Wasserdampfleistung von 8 bis 300 Liter\/Stunde, zwei davon sind GMP. Zus\u00e4tzlich verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber drei Vakuumtrockner (von 8 bis 55kg\/h Wasserverdampfung) mit einer Vakuumleistung von bis zu 5 mbar. Die Vakuumtrocknung ist eine besonders schonende Methode der Trocknung bei geringen Temperaturen. Dadurch bleiben die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe erhalten, was dem Produkt eine besonders hohe Qualit\u00e4t verleiht. F\u00fcr kleinere Produktmengen verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber einen Mikrowellenvakuumtrockner sowie einen pharma-konformen Gefriertrockner. Mittels innovativer Technologien k\u00f6nnen wir spr\u00fchgetrocknete Produkte noch weiter aufbereiten. Unsere GMP-qualifizierte Agglomerationsanlage bindet einzelne Kleinpartikel zu einem Granulat. Dieses Verfahren erleichtert die Handhabung und Lagerung des Endprodukts und verbessert die Stoffeigenschaften, indem es unter anderem zur Staubreduzierung beitr\u00e4gt. Im Anschluss verpacken wir unsere Produkte in Papiers\u00e4cke mit Polyinlinern, Kartons, Hobbocks oder IBCs in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen. Dank unserer langj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrung, kennen wir die ideale Verpackung f\u00fcr jedes Produkt und beraten Sie hierzu gerne.
